Sr. Dennis SD, Dennisamma Eniakkattu was from Muttuchira, Eniakkattu family, Pala Diocese. .Her parents were Mr.Joseph and Mrs.Thressiamma. She was the seventh out of eight children and was born on Aug 13 1965. After, Degree, in 1986 she joined SD Congregation at Changanasserry, St.Josephs Province.She made her first profession on Jan 10 1991 and final commitment on Dec 14 1996. She had a detached attachment to her own people. She loved her congregation sincerely, was a prudent and mature soul! She studied Theology at Dharmaram College, Bangalore. She served the congregation as secretary to the provincial, secretary to the General and as a Formator. She also worked at Thakkala Diocese for some time, during the tenure of Bishop Mar George Alenchery. Later she took licentiate in Biblical Theology and worked as a teacher at Amala Theological College, Changanasserry for some time. While she was the finance councilor at Provincial house, due to some shoulder complaint got admitted at Samaritan hospital Pazhanganad and underwent surgery. After the surgery on May 24, 2022 while in the Medical ICU, had a severe heart attack and breathed her last after receiving the sacrament of the sick. May her soul rest in peace!
