We started Sanjoe Nivas charitable Institution for orphan girls in Kuthlur Parsh that had been entrusted to us, 18 kms away from our Belthangady Convent. It was blessed by Bishop Mar Lawrence Mukkuzhy on 15 December 2020. It was an initiative by Mother Carmaletha the then Provincial Superior of SD St.Joseph Provine. Srs. Gracin, Lilly and Jane Maria were the pioneers. This institution is supported by Dream India Network, a non-profit NGO. We accommodate eight poor forsaken girls between 7 to 11 yrs. They study in St.Peter Claver English Medium School Alengady. . The purpose of this institution is to impart good education to the abandoned and marginalized girls by providing them with safe shelter and loving care so as to help them lead a civilized life and contribute to the well being of the society. Pastoral service in the Parish is our equally main concern.
